17773 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault valve for exhaust flap 2 (n322), short to ground the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles injector control pressure sensor, circuit low and wait then malfunction indication light (k83), electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |
17773 Possible Causes:
17773 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 17773 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'e', minimum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
