17766 Possible Causes:
17766 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17766 Code
- Inspect all the connections injector control pressure regulator, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
