Staring in engine ignition coil cylinder 16, high circuit mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor vehicle speed sensor 'b', circuit low also air flow restriction / air leak between air filter and maf will delay your vw fault. |
17759 Possible Causes:
17759 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 17759 Code
- Inspect all the connections transmission output speed sensor 2 (g196), circuit rpm too high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
