The problem is about exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start data bus powertrain, missing message for central electric controller also rough road / engine torque signal from abs; electrical malfunction is the final reason of the code. |

17730 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

What To Check After Fixing 17730 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emissions (evap) fuel vapour temperature sensor, circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
