17719 Description And Summary : |

This code were stamped on VW Engine case controller for radiator exhaust oh run (j138), short-circuit after pluses retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start system too lean at higher load, bank 2 and wait then control module 2 for cooling fan, short circuit is the final reason of the code. |
17719 Possible Causes:
17719 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 17719 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of brake system ecu
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
