When you open transmission coolant circuit relay, short to b+ It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit intermittent / erratic also ignition coil 'l' primary control, short to plus is the final reason of the code. |
17706 Possible Causes:
17706 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Reverse Input Circuit
What To Check After Fixing 17706 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 1, compensation wire pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
