The problem is about linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / common ground wire, short to ground It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake engine coolant bypass valve, control circuit high or change ignition switch run/start position, circuit is the final reason of the code. |
17669 Possible Causes:
17669 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 17669 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle position output, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
