The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault control module defective to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to ground also potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), signal too low will delay your vw fault. |

17665 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Reverse Input Circuit

- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / reference voltage, implausible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
