17654 Possible Causes:
17654 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High

- Inspect all the connections engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
