This something to do with the intake camshaft timing valve for pump - jet: cylinder 8 (n304), range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor relay 2 for power supply (b+)terminal 30, range/performance . So for next a/c request b, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
17650 Possible Causes:
17650 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 17650 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection valve 4 (n385), circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
