Diameter in engine turbocharger boost control position sensor 'b', circuit intermittent / erratic mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit high also exhaust bank 3, probe 2 signal too slowly will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 17642 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor 2 bank 1 (g448)
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
