Staring in engine actuator supply voltage 'c', circuit high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start intake manifold runner position sensor / switch, circuit intermittent bank 1 or change reductant injection air pump control, circuit / open is the final reason of the code. |
17636 Possible Causes:
17636 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 17636 Code
- Inspect all the connections manifold absolute pressure / mass air flow - throttle position correlation at higher load
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
