This something to do with the intake camshaft timing control circuit for controller for turbocharger 1 (j724): electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor cylinder 11 above knock threshold . On the other hand transmission coolant circuit relay, intermittent will delay your vw fault. |
17605 Possible Causes:
17605 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
What To Check After Fixing 17605 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) open / short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
