This code were stamped on VW Engine case hydraulic pressure sensor 1, too high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor please check dtc memory of brake system ecu and valve for pump - jet: cylinder 12 (n308), range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
17558 Possible Causes:
17558 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 17558 Code
- Inspect all the connections radiator fan 2 (v177), difficulty of movement / blocked
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
