Accumulated in electronic control units so accelerator pedal position sensor 1 (g79), signal too high retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start control module 1 for cooling fan, faulty or 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |

17554 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders

- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical

What To Check After Fixing 17554 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 1 sensor 5, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
