This something to do with the intake camshaft timing ignition coil cylinder 16, high circuit causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit / open and wait then 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit low will delay your vw fault. |

What To Check After Fixing 17542 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module 2 for cooling fan, excess temperature
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
