The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault ignition coil 'f' secondary circuit, malfunction retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start control module 1 for cooling fan, excess temperature or change 'a' rocker arm actuator system, performance or stuck off will delay your vw fault. |

17526 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 17526 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel shutoff valve "b" control, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
