Diameter in engine linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to ground retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start exhaust bank 1 sensor 1 oxygen sensor signal, voltage too low during deceleration . So for next linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 2 / pump current, open circuit is the final reason of the code.
