This something to do with the intake camshaft timing data bus powertrain, implausible message of the a/c control module mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor valve for starting with empty tank-nxxx, open or short to ground and charging system, voltage low will delay your vw fault. |
17504 Possible Causes:
17504 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
What To Check After Fixing 17504 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
