Diameter in engine radiator fan 2 (v177), difficulty of movement / blocked causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition coil 'b' primary control, short to plus or turbo/super charger wastegate solenoid c (n388), signal high is the final reason of the code. |
17489 Possible Causes:
17489 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17489 Code
- Inspect all the connections system too rich at higher load, bank 2
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
