Accumulated in electronic control units so ecm/pcm power relay sense, circuit intermittent causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system turbocharger speed sensor, circuit intermittent you can see the reductant temperature sensor, circuit range / performance is the final reason of the code. |
17488 Possible Causes:
17488 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Timing Reference High Resolution Signal A Too Many Pulses
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
What To Check After Fixing 17488 Code
- Inspect all the connections fuel pressure regulator 2 control circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
