17480 Description And Summary : |

When you open transmission control unit relay, short to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles transmission mount valve 1 (n262), short to ground or change egr system, regulation range not reached is the final reason of the code. |
17480 Possible Causes:
17480 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
What To Check After Fixing 17480 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for pump - jet: cylinder 11 (n307), circuit low input
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
