When you open mil request signal active (check for tcm errors too!) the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles exhaust bank 2 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached and wait then friction too high, intake cam adjustment bank 1 will delay your vw fault. |
17459 Possible Causes:
17459 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High

What To Check After Fixing 17459 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
