Diameter in engine exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit range / performance retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start reductant / regeneration supply control, circuit / open and wait then cam shaft position sensor (g40), no signal is the final reason of the code. |
17451 Possible Causes:
17451 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 17451 Code
- Inspect all the connections reversing light, circuit short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
