17448 Description And Summary : |

Staring in engine internal control module, driver error the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles data bus powertrain, missing message from a/c controller or change potentiometer 2 for egr (g466), incorrect basic setting is the final reason of the code. |
17448 Possible Causes:
17448 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 17448 Code
- Inspect all the connections linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 1, compensation wire pump current, open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
