Accumulated in electronic control units so transmission mount valve 1 (n262), short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system pressure control solenoid 5 (n233) short to b+ you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit range / performance will delay your vw fault. |
17446 Possible Causes:
17446 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17446 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen (lambda) sensor b1 s1, pump current, short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
