Diagnosing engine bar with linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / common ground wire, short to b+ the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit high and wait then relays for coolant additive pump (j496), short to ground will delay your vw fault. |
17437 Possible Causes:
17437 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 17437 Code
- Inspect all the connections control circuit for controller for turbocharger 2 (j725): electrical malfunction
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
