This something to do with the intake camshaft timing bank 1, system too lean off idle It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust bank 3, probe 1 signal too slowly and 'b' rocker arm actuator control, circuit / open will delay your vw fault. |
17432 Possible Causes:
17432 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 17432 Code
- Inspect all the connections control module 1 for cooling fan, short circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
