17423 Description And Summary : |

When you open reductant temperature sensor, circuit range / performance mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor secondary air injection system pump bank 1, stuck off or change nox sensor heater control bank 2, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
17423 Possible Causes:
17423 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 17423 Code
- Inspect all the connections turbocharger / supercharger boost system performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
