17403 Possible Causes:
17403 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low

- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low

- Inspect all the connections exhaust turbocharger control module 1 (j724), high temperature
