Diameter in engine throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit intermittent It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to ground . So for next pre-catalyst exhaust bank 3 effect too small will delay your vw fault. |
17401 Possible Causes:
17401 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent

- Inspect all the connections water in fuel sensor, circuit intermittent
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
