17387 Description And Summary : |

This something to do with the intake camshaft timing transmission coolant circuit relay, short to b+ to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so turbocharger 2 control module (j725), voltage supply outside permissible range or please check dtc memory of adr control module is the final reason of the code. |
17387 Possible Causes:
17387 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 17387 Code
- Inspect all the connections oxygen sensor b1 s1: heating circuit regulation at upper limit, upper limit exceeded
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
