This something to do with the intake camshaft timing secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 2, circuit to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so cannot activate controller reply function due to another error with equal priority . So for next barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic is the final reason of the code. |
17371 Possible Causes:
17371 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

What To Check After Fixing 17371 Code
- Inspect all the connections hydraulic pressure sensor 2 adaptation at limit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
