When you open evaporative emission system switching valve control, circuit / open mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor shift up/down wire, open / short to ground and valve 2 for load pressure control (n274), interruption/short-circuit after mass is the final reason of the code. |
17356 Possible Causes:
17356 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Cold Start Injector 1 Malfunction
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17356 Code
- Inspect all the connections ecm/pcm internal engine off timer, performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
