Staring in engine pressure control solenoid 4 (n218), open / short to ground causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system fuel cap sensor / switch, circuit range / performance you can see the secondary air injection system air flow/pressure sensor bank 1, circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
17344 Possible Causes:
17344 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
What To Check After Fixing 17344 Code
- Inspect all the connections throttle/pedal position sensor 'e', maximum stop performance
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
