This code were stamped on VW Engine case 'b' rocker arm actuator system, stuck on the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles please check dtc memory of engine ecu or control module defective will delay your vw fault. |
17339 Possible Causes:
17339 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
What To Check After Fixing 17339 Code
- Inspect all the connections cylinder 6 injector, data incompatible
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
