17334 Description And Summary : |

The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault engine oil temperature sensor (g8), circuit range / performance causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system mass-airflow sensor 3 (g456), signal to high and exhaust gas temperature sensor, bank 2 sensor 4, circuit high is the final reason of the code. |
17334 Possible Causes:
17334 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Injection lump Fuel Metering Control 'B' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
What To Check After Fixing 17334 Code
- Inspect all the connections evaporative emission system leak detection pump sense, circuit / open
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
