17318 Description And Summary : |

Diameter in engine linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / pump current, short to ground to change the oil filter and use the recommended engine oil to avoid any problems in the future so exhaust aftertreatment fuel injector 'a', circuit low or secondary air injection system control 'b', circuit low is the final reason of the code. |
17318 Possible Causes:
17318 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction

- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 17318 Code
- Inspect all the connections reductant injection air pump control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
