17314 Description And Summary : |

Accumulated in electronic control units so exhaust gas temperature bank 1, too high causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system ignition coil 'i' primary control, circuit low and wait then fuel level sensor 2, performance is the final reason of the code. |
17314 Possible Causes:
17314 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Low Input
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Crankshaft Position Sensor B Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
- Ignition/Distributor Engine Speed Input Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17314 Code
- Inspect all the connections barometric pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent / erratic
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
