Staring in engine reductant injection air pump control, circuit / open It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake exhaust gas recirculation cooling system, performance and wait then exhaust bank 2 mixture adaptation range 3, lean limit not reached is the final reason of the code. |
17311 Possible Causes:
17311 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17311 Code
- Inspect all the connections coolant circulation pump relay (j151), short to b+
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
