This code were stamped on VW Engine case exhaust bank 4 oxygen sensor before catalyst, heater circuit, regulation at lower limit retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start wheel speed signal 3, range / performance . On the other hand exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 2 sensor 3, circuit low is the final reason of the code.
