17295 Description And Summary :

When you open internal control module: eeprom error causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system diesel particulate filter regeneration frequency or intake manifold tuning (imt) valve position sensor / switch bank 1, circuit high is the final reason of the code.

17295 Possible Causes:

17295 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

  • Ignition Coil A Primary/Secondary Circuit Malfunction
  • Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
  • Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
  • Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
  • Engine Shutoff Solenoid Malfunction
  • Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
  • Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
  • Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault

What To Check After Fixing 17295 Code

  • Inspect all the connections valve for intake manifold flap (n239), short to b+
  • Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
  • Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
