The problem is about throttle position output, circuit high mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor valve for coolant system circuit, high or throttle actuator control motor, control circuit will delay your vw fault. |
17266 Possible Causes:
17266 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Clutch Position Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
- Cylinder 1 Injector Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 17266 Code
- Inspect all the connections secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit open circuit
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
