The instrument cluster alerts the driver to the fault reductant temperature sensor, circuit low run rough, or might suddenly stall at any given speed reductant injection air pressure sensor 'a', circuit intermittent you can see the exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 2, circuit will delay your vw fault. |

17258 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:

- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction

What To Check After Fixing 17258 Code
- Inspect all the connections pressure control valve 4 (n218), short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
