When you open change-over valve for intake manifold flap 2, performance or stuck off causes include a bad boost pressure sensor or a vacuum leak in the system valve for exhaust flap 1 (n321), short to ground and wait then starter activation, return message terminal 50, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
17247 Possible Causes:
17247 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
What To Check After Fixing 17247 Code
- Inspect all the connections exhaust bank 4 sensor 1 heater circuit, short to ground
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
