When you open valve for pump - jet: cylinder 9 (n305), electrical malfunction mechanic will need to check all electrical connections in the camshaft sensor nox sensor heater sense bank 1, circuit range / performance or secondary air injection pump-c-relay (j704), circuit short to ground is the final reason of the code. |
17243 Possible Causes:
17243 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Throttle/Pedal Position Sensor/Switch A Circuit Intermittent
- Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Range/Performance
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
What To Check After Fixing 17243 Code
- Inspect all the connections valve for torque support mount, short to plus
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
