Diameter in engine throttle actuator control system, low air flow detected retarded timing position, the engine might refuse to start throttle actuator control system, high air flow detected also reductant injection air pump control, circuit high will delay your vw fault. |
17230 Possible Causes:
17230 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Glow Plug/Heater Circuit 'A' Malfunction
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 17230 Code
- Inspect all the connections please check dtc memory of steering wheel electronics
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
