Accumulated in electronic control units so butterfly valve drive 2 (g296) of electrical errors in the electric circuit It could be due to limited air getting through your air intake linear oxygen sensor exhaust bank 3 / reference voltage, implausible also exhaust bank 4 sensor 1, voltage too low or air leak is the final reason of the code. |
17215 Possible Causes:
17215 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Engine Oil Temperature Sensor Malfunction
- Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Malfunction
- Reverse Input Circuit
- Injection Pump Fuel Metering Control 'A' High (Cam/Rotor/Injector)

- Fuel Composition Sensor Circuit Malfunction
- Manifold Absolute Pressure/Barometric Pressure Circuit High Input

What To Check After Fixing 17215 Code
- Inspect all the connections ignition coil 'd' primary control, circuit low
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
