The problem is about coolant circulation pump relay (j151), open circuit the system depends on oil pressure to switch between cam profiles throttle/pedal position sensor / switch 'f', circuit intermittent and wait then oxygen (lambda) sensor b2 s1, pump current, short to b+ is the final reason of the code. |
17214 Possible Causes:
17214 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Shift/Timing Solenoid Malfunction/ 3-2 Shift Solenoid Circuit Electrical
- Injector Circuit Malfunction - Cylinders
- Ambient Air Temperature Sensor Circuit Low
- Shift Solenoid E Performance or Stuck Off
- Turbocharger Boost Sensor A Circuit Low
What To Check After Fixing 17214 Code
- Inspect all the connections data bus powertrain, incorrect signal from adr control module
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
