17212 Possible Causes:
17212 vw fault code may be caused by one or more of the following:
- Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor B Circuit High
- Cylinder 10 Contribution/balance Fault
- Fuel Rail/System Pressure - Too High
- Cylinder 4 Contribution/Balance Fault
What To Check After Fixing 17212 Code
- Inspect all the connections engine coolant level sensor / switch, circuit high
- Check the engine oil to ensure it's clean and the viscosity
- Restart the vehicle and retest to see if the error returns
